Most of this happens where your vehicle already is. I turn up with the tools and the common parts, tell you what I find, and quote it before anything gets replaced.
Grinding, squealing, a soft pedal, or a shudder when you slow down. Brakes are the one thing worth looking at the day you notice something. I carry the common pads and rotors and can do the job in your driveway or your parking spot at work.
Newfoundland roads are hard on front ends. If yours is clunking over bumps, wandering on the highway, or eating tires on one edge, the suspension is usually where it starts.
The easiest job to put off and the one that costs the most to skip. I come to you, do the oil and filter, check your fluids and tire pressures while I am there, and take the old oil away with me.
A light on the dash is not a diagnosis. I scan it, read what the vehicle is actually reporting, and tell you what it means in plain language, including whether it is safe to keep driving.
Cold mornings find every weak battery in the province. I test the battery and the charging system first, because a new battery will not help if the alternator is the real problem.
Keys on the seat, doors locked, and nowhere to be but somewhere else. Call and I will come open it up without damaging your vehicle.
Belts, hoses, filters, bulbs, sensors, seasonal checks, and the list of small things that never quite make it to a garage appointment. Most of it can be done where the vehicle is parked.
